Co-creating job roles to attract the best talent.
By the year 2020, nearly 40 percent of the workforce will be contingent (read: free agent), according to a recent study by software company Intuit. More and more Americans are choosing to be in business for themselves, and this shift will be huge for organizations seeking to attract and retain the market’s top talent. It will require a move away from traditional thinking about employment practices and toward a future of work that is custom-made to fit each and every employee.
